Part 3 · Operate
Client reports
One venture's month as a document you can send: what went out, what came back, what moved, what the ads did.
01What it is
A monthly report for one venture, opened from the Scoreboard. It counts what was published, the messages sent and the replies to them, the changes recorded at the companies watched, and the ads results, each with a date and a link. Save it as a PDF or download the same numbers as a spreadsheet.
02Why it exists
An agency running a client's presence has to show the client what happened, and a founder answering to a board has the same job. Both used to mean copying numbers out of several screens into a document by hand.
On Operator the report is white-labelled: it can be signed as any venture in the workspace, so an agency signs it as itself, and our name appears nowhere on it. Below Operator it carries one small line saying it was prepared with us. That line is the whole difference.
03How to use it
- 01Open Scoreboard and choose Client report.
- 02Pick the month. On Operator, pick which venture signs it.
- 03Save as PDF to send it, or download the CSV to work with the numbers.
04What good looks like
- You give it
- An agency on Operator, reporting October for a client venture, signed as the agency's own venture with its logo and colours.
- You get
- A one-page report headed with the agency's logo, the client's name and the month, and no mention of us anywhere on it.
- Why
- The signer's brand kit supplies the logo and the accent colour, and white-labelling removes the prepared-with line.

05What weak looks like, and what it costs
- You give it
- A venture that published nothing and sent nothing in the month.
- You get
- A report that says so in plain words in each section, rather than a page of zeros dressed up as progress.
- Why
- Every figure is a count of stored rows for that venture and month, never an estimate.
