Part 3 · Operate

Studio

Make posts, carousels, AI reels, images and ads from one place, each one click from anywhere in the app.

01What it is

Studio opens on a tile for each thing it makes: a post, a carousel, an AI reel, an image, an ad and a comparison page. Under the tiles are the next seven days of your calendar, the drafts waiting for your yes, the latest pieces written for you and whether your brand kit is set. The Create button under the venture switcher, or the C key anywhere outside a text field, offers the same things in a menu. The composer starts with a picker for what you are making, and an idea can be written for every channel at once, Instagram included, with a carousel drawn in your brand.

02Why it exists

Making things is half the product, and it used to sit three clicks deep under a section the plan could hide. A founder who wants an Instagram post should not have to remember where the composer lives, so Studio sits third in the sidebar, never hides a creation tool because of the plan, and a post is two clicks from any page.

Nothing made here goes out on its own. Every draft waits for your approval, as everywhere else.

03How to use it

  1. 01Open Studio from the sidebar, or press Create under the venture switcher (C on the keyboard).
  2. 02Pick a tile. A post opens the composer; with Instagram the only network you connected, it opens on Instagram.
  3. 03In the composer, the picker at the top chooses Post, Carousel, Image or AI reel. Carousel and Image open their makers under the post; AI reel opens the Reel composer.
  4. 04AI reel, from the tile, the sidebar or the picker, writes a reel script from your plan and opens the Reel composer at its first step. The tile says how many reels are left this month, the same line the composer shows. A reel goes Script, Storyboard and stills, Approve the storyboard, Sound, Render, and the reel page says what the render uses before you press it.
  5. 05On an idea in Content, press Write for every channel: a draft for each channel your venture runs, Instagram as a caption with a carousel, all waiting in Drafts.

04What good looks like

You give it
A founder with only Instagram connected presses Create, then Post, from the Pipeline page.
You get
The composer opens with Instagram picked and nothing else, ready to write.
Why
createHref adds the one connected network to the composer link, and the composer starts on initialNetwork when that network is offered.

05What weak looks like, and what it costs

You give it
An idea written for every channel by a venture that runs no channels yet.
You get
No drafts are written. The panel says nothing passed this time and suggests trying the idea again with more detail.
Why
fanOut writes only for channels the venture runs, so with none running it returns no drafts and fanOutIdea reports zero.
