Cold email that reads like you noticed, because you did.

It drafts to a named person at a company where something changed, cites the change with its date, and sends from your own mailbox when you approve.

  • Sent from your own Gmail
  • Every message approved
  • A check before every send
How it runs
  1. 1A company you watch changes in a way that matters
  2. 2It drafts to the right person, citing the change
  3. 3You approve, edit or reject the message
  4. 4It checks every rule, then sends from your mailbox

The short version

InstinctGTM drafts cold email one message at a time, to a named person at a company where something changed, and cites that change with its date and source. It sends from your own Gmail, never from a shared server, and only after you approve the message. Before every send it checks suppression, excluded domains, the cap per company, the health of your mailbox and your monthly budget, all at once.

Questions people ask

Does cold email still work?

It works when the message is about the reader and arrives when their situation changed. A message citing a hire they made last Tuesday reads as attention. The same message to a list reads as a list. That is why it writes one at a time and starts from a dated change rather than a template.

How many cold emails can I send a day from Gmail?

Fewer than a sending tool would let you, on purpose. It sends at most 1 message a day to any one company, inside your plan's monthly allowance, and every message waits for your approval. Volume is not the lever here; timing and relevance are.

Is cold email legal?

It depends where the reader is, and this is not legal advice. Most rules turn on saying who you are, giving a real postal address, offering an easy way out and honouring it. Every message it sends carries your address and an unsubscribe link, and an opt-out suppresses that address for good.

Where do the people come from?

From you. It never buys or scrapes a contact list. You add the people you want to reach, and it tells you which of their companies changed and what to say.

Where it stops

What it does not do

  • Gmail today. Outlook is not switched on yet.
  • No claims about deliverability or reply rates. We publish numbers when we have them.
  • It never sends without your approval, and never from a shared server.
