Part 3 · Operate
Today
The weekly brief, what is owed to people, and the questions worth answering.
01What it is
The screen you open first. What changed at watched companies, what the system learned, what it plans next, then the conversations and community questions waiting on you.
02Why it exists
Everything that needs you is on one screen, because a warm conversation nobody follows up dies quietly and the only fix is a list that is impossible to miss.
The brief is narrative rather than a dashboard. Numbers without a read are a report; the paragraph tells you what the numbers mean this week.
03How to use it
- 01Read the three paragraphs first: what changed, what it learned, what is next.
- 02Work the accounts with open windows.
- 03Clear what you owe people. That list is ordered by how overdue it is.
- 04Answer the community questions while the window is open. A direct ask goes stale in hours.
04What good looks like
- You give it
- A week with two open windows and three overdue touches.
- You get
- A brief naming both companies with evidence, and a queue of five items to work.
- Why
- The brief ranks by event confidence and source reliability rather than by date alone.

05What weak looks like, and what it costs
- You give it
- A week with an empty watchlist.
- You get
- A brief saying nothing is worth sending, and why.
- Why
- Spending budget on a weak window costs more than waiting, and the screen says so rather than manufacturing activity.
