Terms of service

We read your product website, build a model of what it sells, watch publicly available information about other companies over time, and draft outreach for you to review.

We do not guarantee replies, meetings, or revenue. The first weeks of any account are the system learning your market by being wrong.

You are responsible for what is sent from your connected mailbox, including anything sent at autonomy stages above 1. You can stop all sending at any time from the left rail and it takes effect immediately.

You must not use the service to contact people who have asked not to be contacted, to send anything unlawful, or to make claims about your product that are untrue.

Cold outreach leaves from your own connected mailbox. We never send it from our own domain or infrastructure.

Every message includes a one-click unsubscribe and your physical address. Unsubscribes and complaints are added to a permanent suppression list that we do not allow anyone to remove.

We pause a mailbox automatically at a 1% bounce rate or on any spam complaint.

Plans are monthly, charged through Stripe. Cancel any time from the billing portal and access runs to the end of the paid period.

We do not refund partial months, and we do not do annual lock-ins.

The service is provided as-is. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the three months before a claim.

We are not liable for damage to your domain reputation caused by messages you approved or authorised the system to send.

You can delete your workspace from settings. That removes products, accounts, drafts, contacts and outcomes.

Suppression entries survive deletion, permanently, because a person who asked not to be contacted keeps that right regardless of who is paying us.
