No. Drafts it writes land in your approval queue. The two tools that reach the outside, scheduling a post and approving an outreach message, need a permission you grant separately on the consent screen, and you can leave them off.

Which plans include it?

Every paid plan, from Founder. The free plan does not include agent access; the agent works inside your plan's limits, the same ones you see in the web app.

How do I disconnect it?

Settings, then Agent access, lists every connected agent with the date it last called. Revoke ends it at once and the agent has to ask again.
