Part 3 · Operate
Your AI team already started
Real work for your business before you are asked for anything: drafts in your voice and brand, the places your buyers talk, and a minute-long walk through your plan.
01What it is
As soon as your venture exists, your AI team makes a first work pack from your plan. On a paid plan that is posts in your voice for your first channel (or messages to companies that just changed, when your first channel is outreach), a carousel drawn in your brand, and the named companies and places where your buyers talk. On the free plan it is a post and the named places. The reference lists how many of each. Everything is a draft. The page "Your AI team already started" lays it out as cards with Approve, Edit and Not this one, plays a short walkthrough of your plan, and offers one next step.
02Why it exists
A plan is advice. A founder deciding whether to trust a team with their name wants to see the work itself, on their own business, before they commit. So the team does real work first and asks second.
Nothing here sends. A post you approve waits for your channel and your account; a message waits until the channel is approved and a person to write to is found. You can set anything aside.
03How to use it
- 01Arrive from your plan or from Checkout: you land on "Your AI team already started". While the team is still writing, the page says so and fills in by itself.
- 02Read the top line: it counts what the team made, from the pack itself.
- 03On each card, press Approve, Edit or Not this one. Edit on a post opens it in the composer; a carousel opens in Content, Drafts.
- 04Watch the walkthrough: your channels in order with each one’s clock and its keep and stop lines, the AI agents on them, week one and the Monday report. It has captions and no sound, and you can skip it.
- 05Take the one next step: approve your first channel, or on the free plan, Run this plan, which goes straight to Checkout. Once a channel is approved, the page says Your AI team has started on it and offers the next setup step instead.
- 06Posts written before you gave your own writing say Written before it knew your voice: they are in a plain, neutral voice until then.
- 07The first time you approve a channel, this page opens by itself, once. Approving from the guided setup keeps you there; its last screen opens this page.
- 08Home shows a card while the reveal is unseen, and Watch how your plan works plays the walkthrough again at any time. The first time you open Home, it plays by itself.
04What good looks like
- You give it
- A paid founder whose plan ranks LinkedIn first, whose plan’s run wrote three posts from their site and named six places.
- You get
- Three LinkedIn drafts, a carousel from the first one, and five named places. The top line reads "While you set up, your team wrote 3 posts in your voice, drew 1 carousel in your brand and found 5 places your buyers talk."
- Why
- packShape gives a paid presence plan three posts and a carousel, namedItems keeps five, and ahaCopy.headline counts the items the pack actually holds.

05What weak looks like, and what it costs
- You give it
- A free founder whose plan’s post run failed, and whose places stage named only platforms such as LinkedIn and Reddit.
- You get
- No post and no named place: the page says the plan is ready and to approve a first channel. No model was called to fill the gap.
- Why
- A free pack makes no model call (packShape and fill in src/lib/aha/pack.ts), and namedItems never names a bare network, so an empty pack says so instead of padding.
