Part 3 · Operate

Your AI GTM team

What your AI agents did this week, what waits on you, and what comes next.

01What it is

The team screen shows who is on your team and what they did, in one row of views: this week, the GTM Plan, the demand generation channels, the agents, the reports, and a daily sample of what the team approved under your rules. It appears only once the AI GTM team is switched on for a venture.

02Why it exists

A team you cannot see is a team you cannot trust, and a team you have to supervise line by line is not a team. The screen is built to answer three questions in the order a founder asks them: did anything go wrong, what do you need from me, and what happens next.

Proposals live here because the team never makes the big calls. When a test ends and the numbers say a channel should stop, pivot or scale, the team writes the proposal with its evidence and waits. Stopping a channel is yours alone; a stop nobody answers pauses the channel after a week rather than ending it. A new angle or more days that you propose from a live answer waits here with the team's proposals; accepting more days lengthens the running test once, by its own length, as the team's own extension does.

The daily sample exists because approval under rules is a privilege, not a default. Each day a share of what the team approved on its own comes back to you to mark. Marking items bad in the same channel within the week switches that channel back to asking you first, without a setting to change.

03How to use it

  1. 01Start on This week: the top says who is working now and, once the goal has a number to count against, how far the plan is toward it. Answer any proposal, then clear what needs you.
  2. 02Read the week as it happened in the feed: each line names the agent, what it did and the channel, and opens the work.
  3. 03Open Channels to see every channel with its clock ring, one number, one line and the agents who work it. Open a channel for the rest.
  4. 04Open Agents to meet each AI agent by name and job, see what it is doing now and everything it did this week. Hover or tap the info marker beside a name for what it works from. Every agent that writes links to the writing rules it follows.
  5. 05Open Check our work and mark each sampled item good or bad.
  6. 06Pause the team from this screen. Tick the box only if your own scheduled posts should stop too. The status bar along the foot has the one pause control on every other screen, Pause all, which stops everything that goes out; the plan rail shows whether the team is running or paused and points to it (on a phone, where there is no status bar, it opens this screen).
  7. 07The header and the status bar say what is true right now: Running with how many channels, Waiting for your approval while your plan's channels wait for a yes, or Paused by you. An agent whose channel is waiting says Ready, names the channel, and offers Approve.
  8. 08The plan rail sits on the right of every team screen; on Approvals, Conversations, Audience and the GTM Plan, which have their own right column, and on Studio and the composers, it starts folded to a strip and opens from its handle. Fold it or open it and that choice is kept for you on every device: once for Studio and the composers, once for every other page. On a phone it opens from a full-width handle in the footer row, so it never covers a button.
  9. 09With the revenue forecast on, the plan rail shows what is expected in the next 30 days under the goal.
  10. 10Under the new plans, channels run on the paid plans. On Free the plan stays here to read and approve, and a channel does not start until the account is on a paid plan.
  11. 11On Done With You, a new plan waits for the founder's review before its channels can be approved. Approving says so until the review is done or its window has passed.

04What good looks like

You give it
A channel following your rules has two items marked bad within the week.
You get
The channel switches back to asking you before anything goes out, and the switch is recorded with its reason.
Why
Two bad marks in a channel inside the window send it back to asking; the check runs on the mark itself, not on a schedule.

05What weak looks like, and what it costs

You give it
A kill proposal left unanswered.
You get
After a week the channel is paused, not stopped, and the proposal stays open.
Why
Only the founder stops a channel. The team proposes; silence pauses, and a paused channel can resume with one press.
