Part 3 · Operate

Audit my marketing and Fill my month

A weekly list of what costs you time or reach, each with a fix, and a month of drafts for every running channel, approved a week at a time.

01What it is

Audit my marketing reads your public homepage (and your pricing page, if it links one) and your own accounts, and lists what is costing you time or reach, each with Fix it for me. Fill my month writes drafts for every approved posting channel for four weeks at each channel’s pace and shows them as one card per week. Both sit on the plan page, and the audit also on Home in your first week.

02Why it exists

Most of what slows a founder down is visible from the outside: a network nobody posted to in weeks, drafts waiting for days, a homepage with no button that starts a sale. The audit says so plainly and points at the fix. Fill my month turns a plan into a month of work you can read in four sittings, and nothing goes out until you approve it.

03How to use it

  1. 01Press Audit my marketing. It runs once a week per venture; the list stays until the next week.
  2. 02Press Fix it for me on a finding. A fix inside the app opens where it is done; a fix on your own site shows words to paste, built from your plan. We never change your site.
  3. 03Under Fill my month, read the count first: how many drafts across how many channels, cut to what your plan has left this month.
  4. 04Press Write, and each week appears as a card as its drafts arrive. Read them, then press Approve week. Approved drafts wait for a time on your calendar.

04What good looks like

You give it
A venture with LinkedIn connected and nothing published for twenty days, two drafts waiting four days, and a homepage with a title, a description and a Book a demo button.
You get
Two findings: “No posts in 20 days on LinkedIn” with Fix it for me opening Fill my month, and “2 drafts waited more than 3 days for you” opening Approvals.
Why
auditFindings lists a gap past AUDIT_POST_GAP_DAYS and drafts older than AUDIT_DRAFT_WAIT_DAYS, and readPage finds a call to action, a title and a description, so the site adds nothing.

05What weak looks like, and what it costs

You give it
Fill my month for a venture whose only approved channel is cold email.
You get
“No approved channel writes posts yet. Approve a posting channel first.” Nothing runs and nothing is counted.
Why
fillable keeps only approved or live channels with a post type, so previewFill finds none and the button is not offered.
