Use InstinctGTM in ChatGPT
Add InstinctGTM to ChatGPT as a plugin from your own server address. It signs in here, you choose what it may do, and from then on ChatGPT can read your brief, write posts into your queue and tell you what is waiting.
Connect it
- 1
Open chatgpt.com/plugins and press +.
- 2
Choose Add custom MCP server and paste this address.
https://instinctgtm.com/api/mcp - 3
Keep OAuth as the sign-in. ChatGPT opens InstinctGTM so you can choose what it may do and which ventures it reaches.
- 4
Choose Create as a plugin, then ask it what is waiting on you today.
Who can
Adding your own server depends on your ChatGPT plan, and in a company workspace on what an admin allows. If the option is missing, Claude and Grok take the same address.

Then ask it
“What is waiting on me this morning?”
“Save this thread, someone is asking about onboarding.”
“Why does it think Notion is ready?”
“Draft posts from this idea.”
Questions
- Does it work with ChatGPT dots?
- Dots use the plugins installed and enabled on your account, so once it is added as a plugin a dot can call it wherever OpenAI lets a dot use a plugin you added yourself.
- Can it send or post anything without me?
- No. Drafts it writes land in your approval queue. The two tools that reach the outside, scheduling a post and approving an outreach message, need a permission you grant separately on the consent screen, and you can leave them off.
- Which plans include it?
- Every paid plan, from Founder. The free plan does not include agent access; the agent works inside your plan's limits, the same ones you see in the web app.
- How do I disconnect it?
- Settings, then Agent access, lists every connected agent with the date it last called. Revoke ends it at once and the agent has to ask again.
Agent access comes with every paid plan, from Founder. The free plan lets you read what it writes first.
