Can it send or post anything without me?

No. Drafts it writes land in your approval queue. The two tools that reach the outside, scheduling a post and approving an outreach message, need a permission you grant separately on the consent screen, and you can leave them off.

How do I disconnect it?

Settings, then Agent access, lists every connected agent with the date it last called. Revoke ends it at once and the agent has to ask again.

Classifies it, and where it reads as somebody looking for what you sell, writes a reply into your approval queue.

The exact changes that carried the conclusion, dated and linked, plus what would raise the confidence.
“Draft posts from this idea.”
One idea becomes a post per channel, each written for that surface, each through the quality gate before you see it.
