Part 1 · Understand
What this is
Two engines against one shared context, and why that shape.
01What it is
A system that keeps you visible to the people who might buy from you, and tells you when one of them starts looking. It writes in your voice, shows you its evidence, and sends nothing you have not read.
02Why it exists
Most founders lose customers to two problems at once and treat them as one.
The first is absence. Your buyer has never heard of you, so the message you send lands as an interruption from a stranger. The second is timing. You reach somebody in March and they buy in September, from whoever happened to be in front of them that week.
Volume fixes neither. Sending more cold messages to people who have never seen your name raises the number of people who ignore you. This product treats the two as separate jobs with separate ceilings, and runs both against the same understanding of what you sell.
03How to use it
- 01Read the five pages in this part. They take about fifteen minutes and every later page assumes them.
- 02Set up your venture next. What you sell, who buys, how you write. Part 2 walks it.
- 03Turn on every content channel from day one. They cost nothing and they are what makes outreach work later.
- 04Add companies to your watchlist as you meet them. Watching is free and starts building history immediately.
04What good looks like
- You give it
- A founder sets up one venture, turns on eight content channels, and watches 40 companies in week one.
- You get
- Content drafts appear for review within a day. Company evidence accumulates. Around week three, two watched companies show several changes at once and a read fires with dated evidence.
- Why
- Content has no ceiling so it runs immediately; evidence takes time to accumulate because it is built from real change at real companies.

05What weak looks like, and what it costs
- You give it
- A founder skips content, watches 400 companies, and waits for a read to fire.
- You get
- Reads fire. The messages they produce go to people who have never seen the sender, and they perform like cold email always performs.
- Why
- Precision without presence is cold outreach with better timing. Better timing helps. It does not make a stranger familiar.
