What is a client book worth to an agency?
Every figure here is 20% of our own published price. There is no cap on months, so a client who stays three years pays you for three years.

How do agencies run clients on it?
The client holds the plan
Each client signs up through your link and pays for their own plan. You join their workspace as a teammate and run it. You earn 20% of what they pay, every month they pay it.
You hold the plan
Run up to 10 client ventures from your own Operator workspace, with unlimited sending mailboxes and API access. Each venture keeps its own voice, rules and data, and you bill your clients yourself.

Every message is approved
Nothing goes out under a client's name until a person approves it. That is enforced in the database, on every plan.
Clients never mix
Each venture holds its own product, buyers, voice and forbidden claims. One client's context never writes another client's post.
Evidence a client can check
Every account it surfaces carries dated sources, so a recommendation to a client is a link they can open.

Program terms
Agency program terms
The whole agreement, in plain language. When anything here changes, the date below changes with it.
- 20% of every payment from a client you bring, after refunds and excluding tax.
- For as long as the client keeps paying. Upgrades and downgrades follow what they actually pay.
- Agencies with 3 or more paying clients are listed on this page with a link, for as long as they stay at 3.
- 60 days from the click. If somebody clicks two partner links before signing up, the last one wins.
- A referral who starts on the free plan and upgrades later still counts, as long as they signed up through your link.
- Monthly. Each payment's commission waits 30 days to clear refunds and failed charges, then goes out once your balance reaches $50. Paid by PayPal or bank transfer through our affiliate platform.
- Earn nothing. That covers your own workspaces and anybody at your own company.
- Say you earn a commission, plainly, before or beside your link, every time you share it. The creator kit has the wording.
- No search ads bidding on InstinctGTM or its misspellings, no domains or handles built on it, and nothing that reads as if we published it.
- To people who chose to follow, read or hire you. No cold email, unsolicited DMs or comment spam carrying your link.
- Describe the product as it is. The creator kit lists what it does not do. A partner who claims otherwise is removed and unpaid commission on those referrals is withheld.
- Either side can end it at any time. Clients you already brought keep paying you while they pay us, unless they came through a breach of these terms.

Yes. Operator holds 10 ventures, each with its own product, voice, rules and data. Growth holds 3.
Commission is paid on plans a referred client pays for. If you run clients inside your own Operator workspace instead, you bill them yourself and keep the difference.
Yes. Each venture is isolated by default. Only anonymized patterns across ventures are ever combined, and never a client's own content.
No. Every message and every post waits for a person to approve it, on every plan. That is a design decision and it is not configurable.
