Reports

A report covers one week, or the full plan at its review. Failures come first, then each channel, what was learned, the learnings tested and applied, next week, what the team needs from you, and money to the cent. With the brand kit on, the report opens on a cover in your brand: the logo and the kit's main colour as the kit stood when the report was written.

A report that only says what went well is an advertisement. This one leads with what failed, reports silence as a fact ("sent, no replies"), and never shows a vanity number without the outcome beside it.

Every sentence carries the rows it came from. Open any sentence to see its evidence; where a row has a screen, the evidence links to it. A report with a sentence that traces to nothing does not go out.

8. 08On Done With You, the founder reviews each report before it reaches you. Until then it is not listed and its page says it is with the founder. After the review window it arrives anyway, marked as not reviewed yet.
