Best LinkedIn content tool for B2B founders
We make InstinctGTM, and it is one of the five tools below. It is the right pick for a narrow reason and the wrong one for several common ones, and this page says which is which. LinkedIn tools split into three jobs: helping you write the post in front of you, deciding what to post at all, and engaging with other people’s posts on your behalf. Prices were read off each vendor’s own page on 3 October 2026.
The short answer
If you enjoy writing and want a better editor, hooks and scheduling, buy a writing tool. If you have ideas but no time, buy something that learns your voice and drafts from them. If the hard part is knowing what to say each week, pick a tool that starts from your business and what changed in your market, and approve what it writes.
- Writing your own posts faster, inside LinkedIn: AuthoredUp, an editor in the page you already use, for $199.50 a year
- Turning a conversation into a week of posts: Supergrow, interview-to-post and a voice model from $19 a month
- Deciding what to post, from your own business: InstinctGTM, drafts the week per channel and you approve it
- Scheduling to LinkedIn and eleven other networks: Buffer, free for three channels, with an AI assistant
The picks at a glance
| Tool | Best for | Price | Starts from |
|---|---|---|---|
| AuthoredUp | Writing your own posts faster, inside LinkedIn | $199.50/yr Individual | Your own draft |
| Supergrow | Turning a conversation into a week of posts | $19/mo Starter | Your voice and a recorded interview |
| InstinctGTM(ours) | Deciding what to post, from your own business | Free, then $149/mo | Your site, your writing and what changed |
| Taplio | Engagement on LinkedIn alongside writing | Not shown publicly | An AI writer and other people’s posts |
| Buffer | Scheduling to LinkedIn and eleven other networks | Free, then $5/channel | Your idea, with an AI assistant |
Why do founders stop posting on LinkedIn?
The usual reason is running out of things to say that are not about yourself, while the week fills with work that feels more urgent than a post.
That is a different problem from formatting, hooks or scheduling, and it explains why a founder can buy a good writing tool and still post twice and stop. The tools below sort by which of those problems they address.
Is it safe to let a tool post or comment on LinkedIn for you?
Scheduling an approved post through an official integration is ordinary. Tools that comment, reply or engage with other people’s posts from your account are a different category, and the risk sits with the account, which is yours.
Taplio says nothing it drafts posts until you confirm. InstinctGTM never acts inside your logged-in LinkedIn session at all: its browser companion reads and prepares, and you press the button.
Supergrow
- Best for
- Price
- $19/mo Starter
- Starts from
Supergrow learns your voice through what it calls Content DNA and turns a recorded interview into posts with Postcast. Starter is $19 a month and Pro is $39, billed monthly, each with a 7-day free trial, per its pricing page on 3 October 2026. Pro adds unlimited interviews, a carousel maker, analytics and an MCP server.
If you can talk about your work for ten minutes but cannot sit down and write, this matches how you already think.
What it does not do: The material comes from you. It turns what you say into posts; it does not watch your market for something worth saying.
InstinctGTM
Ours- Best for
- Price
- Free, then $149/mo
- Starts from
InstinctGTM reads your site, what you sell and to whom, and samples of your own writing, then drafts a week of posts per channel without being asked, each shaped for the channel rather than reposted. It also watches companies you chose for dated change, so a post can be about something that happened in your market this week rather than about you.
Every draft runs a quality gate for the phrases that make a post read as machine-written, and lands in a queue for you to approve. It publishes to LinkedIn directly and prepares the other channels as copy-ready text. The free plan writes for every channel with a monthly limit; Founder is $149 a month.
What it does not do: It does not comment or engage on LinkedIn for you, it has no hooks library, and it costs several times what a writing tool does. If writing itself is the bottleneck and ideas are not, buy the editor.
Taplio
- Best for
- Price
- Not shown publicly
- Starts from
Taplio combines an AI writer and scheduling with engagement: it can find posts worth replying to, draft comments in your voice and queue them on your Taplio account, and says nothing posts until you confirm.
Its pricing page showed no prices when we read it on 3 October 2026. Its FAQ says you create an account and pick a plan to start a 7-day trial, so you see the price after signing up.
What it does not do: It does not show a price before you create an account, which makes it the one tool here we could not compare on cost.
Buffer
- Best for
- Price
- Free, then $5/channel
- Starts from
Buffer publishes to twelve networks, LinkedIn among them, and has an AI Assistant on every plan that brainstorms, rewrites and tailors a post per platform. It is free for three channels, then $5 per channel a month on Essentials billed yearly, per its pricing page on 3 October 2026.
If LinkedIn is one network among several and you mostly need things to go out on time, it is the cheapest sound choice on this page.
What it does not do: It helps with the post you are writing rather than deciding what the week should be about, and its free plan holds 10 scheduled posts per channel at a time.
Which one should you choose?
You like writing and want it faster and better formatted.
AuthoredUp, because it works inside LinkedIn and costs $199.50 a year.
You talk well and write slowly.
Supergrow, because an interview turned into posts is the shortest path from what you know to what you publish.
You have nothing to say most weeks and no time to find it.
InstinctGTM, because it starts from your business and your market, and hands you a week to approve.
LinkedIn is one of several networks and you mainly need scheduling.
Buffer, because twelve networks on a free plan is hard to argue with.
What to do this week
- Look at your last ten posts and count how many were about you. If most were, the gap is ideas, not writing.
- Write down three things that changed in your market in the last month. Those are posts.
- Pick the tool for the gap you found, and post three times before judging it.
Questions people ask
What is a cheap LinkedIn content tool for a founder?
Buffer is free for three channels, Supergrow starts at $19 a month billed monthly, and AuthoredUp Individual is $199.50 a year, per their pricing pages on 3 October 2026. Which is cheapest in practice depends on whether you need a scheduler, an interview-to-post tool or an editor.
Can AI write LinkedIn posts that sound like me?
Several tools here try. Supergrow builds a voice model it calls Content DNA, AuthoredUp lists a voice coauthor in beta, and InstinctGTM learns from samples of your writing and rejects drafts that use phrases on a published kill list. None of them replaces reading the draft before it goes out.
Does Taplio publish its prices?
Not on its public pricing page when we read it on 3 October 2026. Its FAQ says you create an account and pick a plan to start a 7-day trial, so the price appears after you sign up.
Most LinkedIn tools make the writing better or the schedule tidier, and both are worth having once you have something to say. The founders who keep posting are usually the ones who found a steady source of things worth saying. Choose for whichever of those you are missing, and read every draft before it carries your name.
