How do I run a weekly go-to-market review on my own?
A weekly go-to-market review for one person answers three questions: what changed with the companies you sell to, what your channels actually did, and what is waiting on your approval. This skill reads all three from your own account and writes the review, ending with at most three actions for Monday. It reports sample sizes rather than percentages where the sample is small, and it says when a week produced nothing worth acting on, because most weeks in the first month do.

What it does
- A six-section review: the week in a line, what worked, what did not, who moved, what is waiting, and Monday.
- At most three actions, each finishable in one sitting.
- Counts and ages for the approval and follow-up queues, which is usually the most important fact in the review.
What it will not do
- It reads your account. Without the MCP connected there is nothing to read and the skill stops rather than inventing a review.
- It will not turn four posts into a conclusion. Where the sample is too small it reports the sample instead.
- It never publishes or sends anything.

Questions this answers
- What should a weekly go-to-market review cover?
- What changed at the companies you sell to, what your channels actually produced against how much you published, and what is queued waiting on your approval. It should end with a small number of specific actions rather than a summary, because a review nobody acts on is a status report.
- How long should a GTM review take when you are on your own?
- Fifteen minutes or it does not happen every week, which is the only thing that makes it worth anything. This skill does the reading in about four minutes of tool calls and gives you a document to react to rather than a blank page.
- Does this need an InstinctGTM account?
- Yes, because every number in the review comes from your own account through the MCP. If it is not connected the skill walks you through connecting it and stops rather than writing a plausible review from nothing.
