• It publishes what you give it, so anybody who runs out of things to give it eventually looks for something that writes.

The genuine alternatives

Including the ones that are not us. A list of alternatives containing one option is not a list of alternatives, and a searcher who wanted options can tell.

  Choose Buffer if you have the posts and need somewhere to schedule them. Choose this if writing the posts is the part you never get to. Buffer is a scheduler: it publishes reliably to more networks than this does and costs a fraction as much. It does not write anything. This writes per channel in your own voice and schedules what you approve, which is a different problem and a more expensive one to solve.

How hard it is to move

Buffer exports scheduled posts, and moving is mostly reconnecting the accounts. Nothing here is locked in, which is worth saying: the switching cost is low in both directions.
